Surf Buggy Centers - A South Jersey Tradition

Surf Buggy has been serving clients in the South Jersey area for more than 30 years. Owned and operated by Niclas and Laurie Elmer the business has blossomed from a few walk up locations to the full service organization we are today. They also own Tuckahoe Bike Shop, a full service bike shop which caters to riders of all kinds and a go-to hub for cycling activity in Cape May County.

We serve Ocean City, Avalon, Sea Isle City, and their surrounding areas with a full range of rental equipment needed to make the most of a summer vacation. We deliver and pick up each rental free of charge, and supply you with combination bike locks to secure your items for the duration of your stay.

Our mission is to ensure each and every customer enjoys their experience with our products, if you ever have any questions or concerns regarding any part of your rental never hesitate to reach out to us. We will always do our very best to cater to your needs. Many of our customers return year after year, and we are always happy to see them once the summer comes around. The vast majority of the bikes in our fleet are new at the beginning of each season, giving you access to the latest models of our favorite brands.

After making sure you have the right gear, Surf Buggy Centers wants you to be safe as well. Helmets may be added on to any rental, free of charge.

In addition to the items on our site we also rent out bikes and a variety of fun and interesting items hourly at our Ocean City and Sea Isle City walk-up locations. Surreys, pictured above, can seat between 3 and 9 people and make for a unique bike riding experience. They can sometimes double as a bit of a workout!
